I don’t think I was taught the skills for an overhand throw. But I did have a great volleyball coach.
Great job Artie!! I liked to keep it simple. Point to the target, step to the target, throw to the target. Watching baseball pitchers they seem to point their gloved hand to the batter. Thanks, Fred
